Our founding mission is to solve a widespread problem

We know that collaboration between agents is the fastest and safest way for a real estate business to grow.

Nevertheless, the lack of transparency and methodology to ensure that the collaboration process is beneficial for all the parties involved has generated serious problems and a climate of deep distrust among many professionals.

In order to address this issue, we have designed and implemented our own work method, which is different from that of any other grouping in the sector.

And that’s why Apialia was created.

Moreover, each agent has their own coach, an experienced sales professional who guides them and shows them the steps to follow in order to boost the number of transactions and to guarantee the success of all those involved.

But the APIALIA method goes much further, since not only have we created a method for sharing properties on an exclusive basis, but also we strive to ensure that our agents are the most highly rated professionals and that they’re always up to date with the latest developments.
